Question 1

How quickly can I get house help with Housy?

Accepted Answer

About 10 minutes where instant availability exists, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. When nearby Partners are busy the app shows the next available slot instead.

Question 2

How much does house help cost in Pune?

Accepted Answer

Prices are per unit — per room, per bathroom, per load, per hour — and packages are priced by home size. Every price is shown in the app before you book, taxes included, with no hidden charges.

Question 3

Are Housy professionals verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Housy Partner is police verified and ID-checked before their first visit, trained on the Housy way of doing things, in uniform, and tracked live to your door.

Question 4

What areas in Pune does Housy serve?

Accepted Answer

Housy is live around Satara Road and Viman Nagar in Pune — about 7 km from each, including Koregaon Park, Camp, Bibwewadi, Market Yard, Kondhwa, Wanowrie, Shivajinagar, Deccan and Mundhwa — every day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Housy Deep Clean travels further across Pune. Check your address on housy.co.in.

Question 5

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your booking at no charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the appointment may incur a small fee.

Question 6

Do I need to book in advance?

Accepted Answer

No. Open the app, tap what needs doing and choose Instant — a Housy Partner arrives in about 10 minutes when one is free nearby. You can also pick a scheduled slot from 7:00 AM, or a recurring plan.

Question 7

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Accepted Answer

Use your own, or add the Housy Kit — pro-grade cleaners, cloths and gloves, sealed and opened at your door. It is an optional add-on with a fixed price, and it comes free with Housy Deep Clean.

Question 8

How do I pay for Housy services?

Accepted Answer

Pay online — UPI, cards, netbanking — or choose Cash / UPI on Delivery after the visit. Digital payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
